STRATEGIES
Three areas of specialization with a shared financial discipline

Personal approach, rigor, and commitment in every investment.
Headquartered in Logroño (La Rioja) and with operations across Spain and Italy, Renertia is a fund manager of closed-ended investment vehicles (SGEIC), authorised by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) under registration number 91.
We work with a hands-on, independent approach, fully committed to every project. Our investment style is built on relationships of trust, rigorous analysis, and active support throughout the entire investment cycle.
We believe in collaborating with management teams and entrepreneurs, and in creating long-term value. This philosophy enables us to approach investment opportunities with a long-term perspective that is aligned with our investors' interests.
Let's discuss new investment opportunities.
PAIs
With regard to the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions (PAIs) on sustainability factors, the Management Company does not currently take such impacts into consideration, on the grounds that (i) the Management Company does not, at present, have sufficiently robust processes in place to analyse the available information and adequately quantify the expected and actual impact of investment decisions on sustainability factors, and (ii) the size, nature and scale of its current business activities do not warrant taking PAIs into account in investment decision-making, as this would, among other considerations, entail disproportionate costs and investments.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this does not prevent the Management Company’s investment policy from pursuing investments that are environmentally sustainable and aligned with the objectives of climate change mitigation and carbon emissions reduction.
